Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt at no charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

For the return or exchange of Vxery products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)

For all returns, please contact support@vxery.com to obtain your return label. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Upon receipt of your email, we will advise you of the next steps.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photograph of the damaged item together with your order number to support@vxery.com, using the subject line: DAMAGED. Such requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
